Bohlale Buzani is a youth leader, entrepreneur, and community development advocate from the Eastern Cape. He is the Chairperson of Kasi Konversations, a platform dedicated to amplifying youth voices, driving dialogue, and shaping solutions for the township economy and beyond.
Bohlale is also the founder of Buzani Investment Holdings, through which he leads several township enterprises, including The Secret Place, a car wash and salon that creates jobs for young people. His work has been supported by development institutions such as the National Youth Development Agency (NYDA), the Small Enterprise Development Agency (SEDA), and the Small Enterprise Finance Agency (SEFA).
Beyond business, he contributes to thought leadership as a columnist for the Daily Dispatch through his entrepreneurship column, Start-Up Spot, and serves in organised business structures including NAFCOC Youth and the Border Kei Chamber of Business Youth Desk.
At his core, Bohlale is passionate about building sustainable opportunities for young people and creating spaces where township voices lead the conversation.
