Siseko Sivuyile Mkhululi Mali is a dynamic leader, minister, and entrepreneur with extensive experience in business management, organisational leadership, and community development. He currently serves as Minister at New Beginnings Baptist Church, Acting Provincial Secretary of the Progressive Black in Information Communication Technology (PBICT), Deputy Chairperson of Kasi Konversations, Youth Desk Committee Member of the Border Kei Business Chamber, and Managing Director of Mali Projects & Services (Pty) Ltd, a diversified company specialising in logistics, events management, roadside assistance, landscaping, and cleaning solutions.

His leadership journey spans both business and non-profit sectors. Professionally, he is the Executive Manager of Operations and Relationships at Pacific Bulk Logistics and has previously served as Head of Programmes and Country Director at Global Assistance International in South Sudan, as well as Deputy Board Chairperson for Cecilia Makhiwane Hospital under the Eastern Cape Department of Health. He also made a significant impact as National Youth President of the Baptist Church of Southern Africa from 2018 to 2024, where he spearheaded faith-based community initiatives across South Africa, Eswatini, and Lesotho.

As a former SRC President and Council Member at Buffalo City College, Siseko played a pivotal role in student governance and advocacy. His academic background includes Public Management, ICT in Business, Office Administration, and Digital Entrepreneurship, supported by training in strategic management, project management, personal finance, and digital business development.

Siseko’s accomplishments include being a Top 10 finalist at the SITA Hackathon (2017), winner of the Eastern Cape Inter-College Entrepreneurship Competition (2021), and recipient of the Most Outstanding Delegate Award at the Intercontinental Youth Connect Model United Nations (2022).
